
John Francis
Executive Chairman
John is a qualified Management Accountant with nearly 30 years’ experience in the sports industry. He has a particular talent in building successful teams to deliver major event requirements. This has seen John manage our work on the world’s largest sporting events: FIFA World Cup 2006, 2010 and 2014, UEFA EURO 2004, 2008 and 2012, the UEFA Champions League and UEFA Europa League since 1999. As well as football, he has overseen our work on the Ryder Cup and London 2012.
Outside of the office (as well as inside it), John is a passionate Chelsea fan and goes along to as many games as he can to support his team.
Alastair Bewick
CEO
Alastair joined CSM Live in 2011 as Finance Director, having previously worked for Chime, CSM’s parent company. He immediately became part of the management team responsible for the successful delivery of the Look programme for London 2012 and then subsequently became responsible for our operations worldwide.
Alastair has worked on some of the largest sporting events in the world, including the FIFA World Cup, Commonwealth Games and Olympics. He has also worked across retail, corporate and public sectors.
Alastair is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, having spent 7 years with PwC. Outside of work you’ll find him kicking a football in the park with his young son, or nurturing distant dreams of stardom on the guitar.

Nick Green
Finance Director
Nick joined CSM Live in 2012, firstly working as Group Financial Controller and Head of Finance before moving into his current role as Finance Director. He has worked on key projects including UEFA EURO 2012, FIFA World Cup 2014, Commonwealth Games 2014 and Rugby World Cup 2015.
Nick is a Chartered Accountant, having qualified with PKF Littlejohn in 2006 and has 15 years’ experience working in finance. His focus is on establishing commercial practices that enable us to deliver projects efficiently for our clients.
Outside of work Nick is a regular on the squash court and huge football and rugby fan, following Norwich FC and Saracens RFC.
Stacey Knight
Commercial Director
Stacey joined from JCDecaux having spent seven years there thriving in a number of roles. Starting as Director of Digital, she transformed JCDecaux into a digital business and more recently she launched and ran Blue, a creative experiential agency within JCDecaux, responsible for delivering activations such as Jurassic World and other blockbusters, Audi and Stella Artois. Prior to JCDecaux, Stacey was Group Head of Sales at IGN Entertainment.
Stacey is responsible for the coordination of all sales and marketing activities, with a focus on driving new business opportunities.
She is also currently a Non-Executive Director at The Rugby League World Cup 2021, where she sits on the board and helps organize everything from conception through to activation.

Stacey joined from JCDecaux having spent seven years there thriving in a number of roles. Stuart Dodds
Operations Director
With 22 years of experience at Merson Signs, including recently leading their southern operations as a board director, Stuart brings a wealth of experience to CSM Live. This will be invaluable as we continue to grow and develop as the world’s leading branding and live experience agency.
Stuart is responsible for coordinating a more unified CSM Live offering, utilising the skills and resources from across the different UK and global offices.
Giles Stanford
Director, Global Events
In 1994 Giles set up SLS, producing and providing logistics for weird and wonderful events. He worked on dog and food shows, global sailing events, fine art auctions, Commonwealth Games and the Olympics. SLS merged with ICON in 2011, with Giles directing the Look of the Games for London 2012.
As part of our team, Giles has been involved with delivering the Commonwealth Games in Glasgow, Sochi Winter Olympics 2014, European Games in Baku 2015, the Rugby World Cup England 2015 and most recently Rio in 2016.
Outside of the office, Giles enjoys an eclectic mix of hobbies from telemark skiing to stone stacking, and fly fishing to surfing.
