As part of our continuous evolution and integration with our parent agency CSM Sport and Entertainment, we will be rebranding to CSM Live on Thursday 27th April 2017.
Our change from ICON to CSM Live is part of our ongoing integration within CSM. We have been part of CSM for more than five years, and there are no operational changes because of this rebrand. Our specialist retail division will continue to exist and operate as normal as ICON Retail, and now has its own dedicated website:csmretail.com/.
All our clients will continue to receive the same great service provided by the same people exactly as before. In addition, we will continue to be managed independently, and there is no change in management, ownership, or to our banking or legal status; we continue to trade through the same company, CSM Sport and Entertainment LLP.
The main changes that will take place will simply be our brand image and identity as well as external facing collateral such as our website, uniforms and our vans which will all carry our new CSM Live brand identity. In addition to this our enhanced integration with CSM will enable us to present our clients with a broader range of services and resources to enable them to meet their business and brand objectives.
